Is there any scientific evidence supporting this approach?

In 1995, Dr. Cinciripini’s research team demonstrated, in a randomized clinical trial, that smokers who followed the Scheduled Reduced Strategy (i.e. scheduled/reduction group) had a significantly higher rate of quitting than smokers assigned to the non-scheduled/reduction, the scheduled/non-reduction or the non-scheduled/non-reduction groups (PDF).


The introduction and advancement of technology have greatly impacted many fields. Smartphones and tablets combine both computing and communication features. In a single device that can be held in a hand,  or stored in a pocket, which allows easy access and use at any moment.
