How do you use the Quitting Schedule app?

This app is only available for android phones.


Instructions:


  1.  Download the free app, found in the Google Play Store
  2.  Answer the questions (e.g. daily cigarette amount, wake-up time, bed time) to create your smoking schedule.
  3.  Start your personalized scheduled smoking cessation program.
  4.  Receive real-time smoking alerts.
  5.  Review, in real-time, your smoking schedule.
  6.  Report, in real-time, your cessation progress.
